Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance is the PA CareerLink® Affiliate for Wayne County and is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry's initiative to transform the landscape of how job seekers find sustaining jobs and how employers find skilled candidates. Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance offers workforce development services that are based on high-priority occupations for people who have lost their jobs due to downsizing or closings and for underemployed people.

• Help build job search materials including cover letters, resumes and endorsements
• Hold clients responsible and accountable for reaching their job search goals

Description SkillUp™ PA was launched to provide access to free, online job skills training to Pennsylvania residents. Courses are available on the Metrix Learning Portal and can be accessed by registering for a free account on the PA CareerLink® website

Register As A New User on the PA CareerLink® Website
After you create an account, click on the banner on your CareerLink® account page: "Access SkillUp™ PA, PA CareerLink®'s online learning tool"
Click "Continue" on the Disclaimer pop-up to proceed to the Metrix Learning Portal
Create a new password
An email will be sent to you with a link to the Metrix Learning Portal and user credentials for future reference
