Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance Launches “Her Path to Early Childhood Education” Initiative

Funded through a grant from Women in Philanthropy, the program will support approximately 15 residents pursuing employment in the early childhood education field. Participants may receive assistance with employment-related requirements including Pennsylvania clearances, FBI fingerprinting, child abuse background checks, CPR and First Aid certifications, and other required credentials. Transportation stipends are also available to help participants attend fingerprinting appointments, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
