Workforce Alliance, in collaboration with Penn State, is excited to offer a series of Supervisory Workshops designed to help professionals enhance their leadership and problem-solving skills. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or stepping into a leadership role for the first time, these interactive sessions will equip you with the tools you need to succeed in today’s dynamic work environment.

💰 Cost: $300 for all four sessions
These workshops also count toward Penn State’s Supervision Essentials Certificate, a 16-module program designed to strengthen supervisory competencies.

Hosted at The Stourbridge Project in Honesdale, PA, this training covers ethics, motivational interviewing, advocacy, and more. Plus, your exam and application fees are covered! Are you passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey? The Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) Training Series 2025 is now open for registration, offering a free comprehensive training program for those looking to make an impact in the field of substance use recovery.
About the CRS Training Series
This 10-day training program is funded by PaPSC’s ARC POWER initiative Project POWER, in collaboration with Wayne-Pike Workforce Alliance. Participants will receive high-quality training at no cost, including coverage of the $150 testing/PCB application fee.

What to Expect in the CRS Training Series
Participants will engage in 78 hours of training, covering:

✅ Cultural Competency, Advocacy, and Self-Care
Classes run 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM each day, providing an immersive learning experience.
